EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:
In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied with your order exchanges and returns are granted with written notice within 14 days upon receipt. We highly encourage proper inspection of your orders immediately upon receipt. All exchange/return requests must be submitted via email to email@example.com. Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs on returned items. Returns and Exchanges must be shipped within 14 days upon receipt of your order. All sales become final after the 14th day of receipt. In order to be in compliance with health and sanitation regulations, no exchanges or returns are accepted on used damaged merchandise. No refunds are available for any Academy training purchases, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All orders are shipped within 2 business days Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays and weekends. Once the order is processed and customers receive their tracking number, domestic shipping normally takes 2-3 days. International shipping may take 7-10 business days. Each order receives a unique tracking number which is sent via email to the email provided during purchase. SheLuvsLashes is not responsible for any lost and/or stolen orders.
COVID-19 DELAYS: The USPS is experiencing unprecedented package increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19, which may impact delivery times.
