Appointment Policies

All new clients are required to book their appointment online and submit their personal information including credit card info to secure a lash appointment. Failure to do so will forfeit your appointment. Please ensure you have scheduled the appropriate service as each service has an assigned duration. Clients who are 15 minutes late to their appointment may have to automatically reschedule and be subject to our cancellation fee (see terms below) or leave without desired lash fullness. Please note, SheLuvsLashes does not take foreign lash fills. Meaning clients who have pre-existing lashes from another artist must schedule a lash removal service and full set.

 

Late/No Show Cancellation Fee:

Clients who do not cancel their appointment 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of their scheduled service fee. No exceptions! Receipt of payment is required prior to booking your next appointment. Clients who receive two or more late cancellation fees may be declined from booking future appointments. 

 

Consent Forms:

All clients are required to complete a consent form at their appointment prior to receiving services. It is the client's sole responsibility to fully read and understand the terms and conditions to which you are agreeing to. Clients who for what ever reason are not able to successfully comply to the agreement terms once services have begun may result in undesired results including but not limited to: undesired lash fullness, poor retention, eye irritation and/or immediate cease of service. Under these circumstances cancellation fees may be charged if the artist is forced to cease services.
